How to Find Such Properties
To find these types of properties, bird dogs can explore foreclosures, absentee owner houses, short sales, or even MLS listings. All of these are public records which means you can find them either online for free or at your city’s local courthouse. How to Find Buyers
You can find these people in a variety of different ways, first, you can go to local real estate meetups or real estate clubs and let people know who you are and what you do. Real Estate Investors are always looking for people to help them find deals. If you didn’t want to attend meetups in person, nowadays you can simply join real estate Facebook groups or make connections on LinkedIn.
Your goal should be to build up a big list of investors that you can reach out to, who will pay you money for the deals that you find. This way if one of the investors that you reach out to on your list is not interested in the property that you found, you still have several other investors on your list who likely will be interested.
